Since PBC, I would be interested to know what specific tasks and duties my colleagues do particular to PBC

I look at data, ascertain accuracy, and return to PCT. I also regularly attend meetings in the consortium on a monthly basis

I think that is about the same as what I do here (Norfolk). Not too much reporting of data so far but that is the way is moving. Meetings are not as frequent here yet either but again no doubt will change. Depnds I guess on how the PBC is managed locally.

Our consortium have set up as a limited liability partnership, and we have an executive board. I got volunteered to be on it as one of two PMs. I do the minutes of the monthly board meetings. I also sit of a sub-group callled the business group who's main aim is to develop plans for services and submit to the main board for verification.

I do a lot of the communication duties. In addition, I organise meetings of the PMs in our consortium, although we have only had a couple of meetings to date!
